TERMS OF SERVICE
SCOTT DESIGN offers "Practice Vitals" Web Design - Up to four pages: Home, About Us, Contact Us, Services. Also for photos and website links. All text by email which would be Cut and Paste unto your website. Please make sure spelling is correct.
This price and service is for a fundamental website presence and not e-commerce or to provide a marketing campaign.
"Practice Vitals" Web Design is for a Basic Informational Website Presence.
If you decide to cancel service or remove your website before the three month minimum, then you are billed for the remaining months, up to three months ie. $37.99 or $75.98. Fees are nonrefundable.
If cancellation occurs by the client, ownership of all copyrights of artwork, design and layout shall be retained by the designer. A cancellation fee is applied for work completed, which is the amount already paid and is not returned. Scott Design reserves the right to cancel service if there is nonpayment of agreed fees.
Claims for damages do not exceed the total amount of initial fees already paid in the current month. If Scott Design fails to comply with the terms of the contract due to any event or act outside of its control, liability is limited to the refund of the current monthly fee already paid.
In the future Scott Design may change the current price and reserves this right. If this were to occur, clients would be notified in order for them to determine if they would like to continue this service.
Scott Design reserves the right to add the client's website to its portfolio for promotional purposes.
Scott Design uses Yahoo Webhosting Small Business Starter for its webhosting. Please refer to its website at www.yahoo.com for its small business terms of service statement.
Since your website will be hosted by outside company which if there are mishaps by that company, Scott Design is not responsible.
Scott Design reserves the right to cancel your subscription if your site contains offensive language or photos. Scott Design can refuse to post information to your website which is deemed offensive, slanderous or derogatory.
You are responsible for the reliability and truthfulness of the content on your website.
No spamming, no renting or associate your website with offensive, slanderous or derogatory sites.
Scott Design is not responsible for any unintended interruption of your website or materials not posted to your website which you feel were not up in a timely matter or revenues which you feel have been lost. The client shall pay arbitration and court costs, attorney's fees and legal interest on any award of judgment in favor of the designer.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not
subscribe for the website.
